FAQ

Quick answers to what people usually ask me in DMs.

How long does an edit take?

Shorts and thumbnails usually take 2–3 days, gaming long-form 4–6 days, and bigger cinematic or story-heavy videos 7–10 days. Need it sooner? Rush delivery is available for an extra fee.

How many revisions do I get?

Every edit includes 2 rounds of revisions. Extra rounds, or a big change in direction, can be added for a small fee.

How do I pay?

PayPal for clients anywhere, or bank transfer for clients in Vietnam. We agree on the price before I start. You review a watermarked preview, and I send the clean final file once payment is done.

How do I send my raw footage?

Upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and send me the link, along with a reference video you like and any notes. 1080p or higher works best.

Do I get the project files?

You get the final video, exported in the format you need. Project files aren’t included by default, but ask me if you need them.

Is the music copyright-safe?

Yes. I use royalty-free music and sound effects so your video doesn’t get claimed. If you want a specific song, you’ll need the rights to use it.

Do you make thumbnails for games other than Roblox?

I focus on Roblox thumbnails. For other games, send me the models or PNG renders ready to use, and I’ll put the thumbnail together.
